Documents to prepare

Student & parent records

Student stamp-size photographs: 5 copies (mandatory)
Father’s stamp-size photograph: 1 copy
Mother’s stamp-size photograph: 1 copy
Guardian photograph: 1 copy, with self-attested parent/guardian identity proof such as Aadhaar, Voter ID or ration card
Student Aadhaar card: 1 photocopy
Student birth certificate: 1 self-attested photocopy (mandatory)
Student polio card: 1 photocopy

When applicable

Original Transfer Certificate (TC) for a student joining by transfer
RTE/EWS, caste or disability certificate only when the corresponding benefit or reservation is being claimed
